Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and credit administration per company policies.
  • Coordinate agreements, loan documents, billing, and collections.
  • Ensure timely payments and proper legal documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financiers.
  • Monitor overdue payments and address reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain records, update eProDev, and prepare reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years’ experience, preferably in property or construction.
  • Proficient in English and MS Office.
  • Strong organization, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
