Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and credit administration per company policies.
- Coordinate agreements, loan documents, billing, and collections.
- Ensure timely payments and proper legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financiers.
- Monitor overdue payments and address reconciliation issues.
- Maintain records, update eProDev, and prepare reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience, preferably in property or construction.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
- Strong organization, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
