We are a busduct manufacturer company seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager, responsible for covering existing customers and expanding market coverage in West Malaysia (North, Central and South) and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) for Furutec Busduct products. You will develop a business plan and marketing strategy to meet company goals.

What will you be doing?

1. Collaborate with M&E consultants and specify Furutec's products during the designing stage of new projects to ensure successful positioning.
2. Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, owners, and distributors.
3. Monitor project execution between the factory and distributor’s project team after receiving new orders.
4. Forecast monthly sales revenue and purchase orders, aligning with sales and KPI targets.
5. Track and follow up on potential projects, update project pipeline, and report to superiors.
6. Keep superiors informed about project status, challenges, and opportunities, and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
7. Proactively deploy the EXACT CRM system for planning and reporting, including managing appointments and project details.
8. Participate in product training, professional development, and career growth opportunities provided by the company.
9. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements, delivering results within the company’s value system.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales and marketing within the construction industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Own transport and valid driving license.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is mandatory for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
