Company Description

Tenpower is a leading cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell developer and manufacturer for multiple application markets. This company is located in Banting, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the purchasing processes, creating purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management activities.
• Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the user, and negotiate on pricing to ensure items are sourced.
• Daily management of suppliers, including routine audits, change management, cost target management, and quality target management.
• Reflecting quality issues to ensure timely compensation or resolution of anomalies.
• Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.

Job Qualifications:

• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written). Mandarin speaker will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in creating and managing purchase orders
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
