Recruitment & Staffing: Manage hiring processes, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations: Handle workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain strong communication between management and staff.

Training & Development: Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills, improve service standards, and promote professional growth.

HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and resort-specific guidelines.

Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, set development goals, and provide feedback to employees.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee salary processing, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate HR records.

Workplace Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and well-being programs.

Other duties as assigned by the management such as assisting other department to support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or the resort industry.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software.
