Your Role in Brief

Manage and coordinate Finance executives, and plan Finance operations to ensure effective financial performance management, accurate accounting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review monthly management accounts and reports from the Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC), identify issues, and advise accordingly to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow, and tax computations.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow projections to monitor the company's financial position and meet commitments.
  • Review auditor's reports to minimize audit adjustments.
  • Ensure timely completion of Development Expenditure Elimination for audit readiness.
  • Prepare accurate tax estimates and submit tax returns, minimizing penalties and overestimations.
  • Assist with loan documentation and related issues.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 6 years of experience in a Property Developer firm.

Willingness to be outstationed as required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
