About the role

Alcenco Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position based in Kepong involves ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our offset printing equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Set up and operate offset printing machines to produce printed materials such as brochures, leaflets, and packaging.
• Monitor and adjust the printing process to maintain print quality and machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during printing, taking corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team for timely completion of print jobs.
• Maintain records of production, materials, and maintenance activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Offset Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding of offset printing.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of GTOZ - 46 / SORKZ.
