Your Role in Our Mission

As the Senior ERP Business Manager, you will lead the business-side execution of FOZ One’s enterprise ERP program. Your mission is to ensure that ERP implementation aligns with company objectives, streamlines operational workflows, and delivers measurable business value. You will partner closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ERP-driven solutions, ensuring seamless adoption across all levels of the organization.

As a key business owner of the ERP program, you will also oversee strategic project planning, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, and continuous improvement efforts post-implementation.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead business transformation initiatives aligned with ERP adoption, working closely with functional managers from Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Project, Production, Quality Control, Business Development, IT, and other departments.
2. Interpret stakeholder and end-user requirements and translate them into actionable ERP functional specifications.
3. Drive ERP-related business process improvements through user interviews, process mapping, and documentation analysis.
4. Prepare and manage detailed ERP project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, change requests, and deliverables.
5. Ensure project deliverables are aligned with approved business requirements and expectations.
6. Coordinate actively with internal teams and ERP vendors to ensure seamless delivery and adoption.
7. Provide functional usage support to users (e.g., how-to-use, workflow clarification), in collaboration with Super Users and IT.
8. Develop and lead ERP training programs tailored to different departments and user levels to ensure clarity and consistency in ERP workflows.
9. Lead change management efforts, ERP awareness campaigns, and engagement activities to drive system adoption.
10. Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the ERP system.
11. Instill discipline in ERP usage by working closely with users to promote timely data entry and adherence to standard processes.
12. Define and monitor ERP user KPIs—such as data entry timeliness, usage frequency, and error rates—in collaboration with department heads.
13. Implement ERP compliance audits to verify system usage integrity and data quality.
14. Provide ongoing business-side ERP support and lead enhancement initiatives after go-live.
15. Ensure ERP analytics and reporting align with operational and strategic decision-making needs.
16. Document ERP-related business processes, SOPs, and policies to support standardization and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Business IT or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business process transformation, or enterprise systems leadership.
3. Background in roles such as ERP Functional Consultant, Business Consultant, ERP Project Manager, or Program Manager is highly valued.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or business operations is essential.
5. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or others).
6. Proven success in project leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
7. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
8. Proficient in process documentation, data analysis, and business reporting.
