Job description

We are seeking a versatile and motivated finance professional to join our dynamic team in the sportswear retail industry. This hybrid role combines operational finance tasks (supplier management) with strategic financial responsibilities (reporting, audits, and compliance). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates will take on additional leadership and analytical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Finance Operation:
  2. Manage supplier accounts, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  3. Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and ensure timely settlements.
  4. Assist in month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Support trade financing arrangements and supplier credit term management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
  7. Handle full sets of accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet schedules, and financial reporting.
  8. Coordinate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure compliance.
  9. Assist in tax computations, estimations, and regulatory filings.
  10. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decisions.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting (retail industry preferred) will be prioritized for advanced responsibilities.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  5. Mandarin-speaking candidates are advantageous (to liaise with suppliers/partners).
