Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our company’s IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth operation of software systems. This role requires a strong foundation in IT support, network management, and a working knowledge of modern software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal users across hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and servers.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Assist in managing and monitoring network systems and cybersecurity protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation including asset records, system configurations, and procedures.
• Support cloud and SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other enterprise tools.
• Assist in implementation and support of internal systems (e.g., ERP, OA platforms).
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployment, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Familiar with cybersecurity best practices and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Software & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with office productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Exposure to database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, RDP).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
• Programming or trouble-shooting experience on some embedded system
