Job description

We are seeking a project implementation engineer for CRM system.

Collaborate with business analysts and other teams to discuss and analyze the requirements according to the Function Specification or related document.

Provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics CRM while proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs.

Understand business processes and make reasonable configurations to meet customer demand.

Provide project maintenance and optimal solutions to customer issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Computer Science, Management, or related field preferred.

Patiently and meticulously handle tasks with clear logic, adept at communication and coordination.

Have a good foundation in English, capable of reading documents and communicating with global teams.

Strong communication, initiative, sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
