Information Technology System Analyst

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of company-wide ERP system.
• Extract data, create reports, and analyze systems for ERP solutions.
• Write reports and create queries related to ERP data.
• Research, document, and resolve technical issues relating to the ERP system.
• Update and manage ERP application system documentation.
• Interact with ERP vendor on issues requiring technical assistance requests for the systems.
• Ensure system issues are resolved on time and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Occasional travel is required if the system rollout is on other sites of the company.

Role Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in ERP applications, with at least 2 years of experience in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database, Crystal Report development, Visual Basic, Relationship Database model, JavaScript, HTML, and PHP.
• The candidate must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
