As a Senior Solution Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing advanced systems and solutions that support and enhance business functions. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing new technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering desirable outcomes through agile methodologies.

Make an Impact by:

1. Applying knowledge to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement and optimize systems and solutions that enable and support business functions
2. Assessing technology, evaluating rationalization opportunities or new technologies and platforms, and determining how it fits into the Corporate Systems strategy
3. Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, partners and managed service team when required to deliver desirable outcome
4. Analyzing, designing and developing BPM (Business Process Management) based applications using Agile methodology according to requirements specified in user stories, using the technology stack and agreed engineering practices for the project
5. Applying knowledge acquired on business process modeling notations to various forms of documenting processes.
6. Building solutions in the areas of workflow and BPM implementation
7. Facilitating any organizational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements.
8. Identifying, detecting, and creating business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
9. Writing unit tests and ensuring high test coverage
10. Analyzing requirements and preparing technical design specifications
11. Anticipating and identifying issues and risks affecting delivery and tracking them until resolution
12. Independently handling issues with minimal supervision

Skills for Success:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
3. Experience in Agile development process and environments supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery
4. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, JDeveloper, Java EE, Oracle DBMS, PL/SQL, WebLogic.
5. Experience with Process/Application Development using Camunda, BPMN notations and Java programming for web application
6. Familiarity with Clean Code, Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Relational Databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and Web Services (REST/ JSON/ XML) are highly preferred.
7. Collaborative team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fully onsite role.
