We are seeking candidates for a sales position with fewer than 15 applicants, offering a good opportunity for your application to stand out.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (Zoho) is an advantage.
  6. A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
  7. Support the overall sales function by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Achieve business targets through effective telephone sales and communication skills.
  8. Generate sales leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and market research.
  9. Establish and maintain ongoing customer relationships through follow-ups and engagement.
  10. Identify decision-makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
  11. Work closely with the Sales Team and relevant departments to develop strategic sales approaches.
  12. Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  13. Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  14. Participate in marketing efforts such as exhibitions, events, and business development activities.
  15. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
  16. Ensure accurate and updated customer information in CRM systems (Zoho).

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
