Job Description:

Location: This is a remote, work-from-home position at Acceleration Partners, specific for candidates residing in Germany. Travel for client meetings or internal events may be required.

The Role: We are hiring for our TikTok B2B affiliate team to support the growth of the TikTok Small Business Global B2B program in Germany. The candidate will join client calls, pitch opportunities, provide strategic insights, and track progress toward goals. An action-oriented mindset and effective questioning are essential.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Client Revenue: Contribute to revenue goals through relationship creation and publisher optimization, including paid placements and CPA strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly update relationship and placement trackers.
  • Expertise in Client Verticals: Serve as a trusted resource with deep knowledge of client verticals and proactively lead relevant discussions.

Business Development & Publisher Relations:

  • Research: Identify new high-quality partnerships based on industry and client needs.
  • Recruitment: Persuade high-potential partners to join programs and negotiate terms.
  • Relationship Growth: Maintain top-tier interactions with publishers and foster a trusted network.
  • Communication: Manage communication independently with publishers, including cold outreach and ongoing engagement.
  • Initiative: Drive revenue growth through proactive program optimization.

Strategy & Execution:

  • Alignment: Understand client goals and KPIs through engagement calls.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies, managing most activities independently.
  • Adaptability: Pivot strategies as needed to meet goals, communicating effectively with clients about realistic expectations.

Pitching Opportunities:

  • Innovation: Consistently pitch new ideas, backing them with data and metrics.
  • Knowledge & Persistence: Demonstrate deep understanding of publisher verticals and overcome objections effectively.
  • Client Communication: Share performance insights and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Share ideas across teams and provide upward feedback.

Candidate Qualities:

  • Strong ability to identify digital strategies and develop relationships with brand and publisher partners.
  • Self-motivated with a proven sales and partnership management track record.
  • Experience with SMBs, performance marketing, and digital media.
  • Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative, proactive, growth-oriented, and passionate about TikTok and marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • German language fluency and knowledge of the German market.
  • 7+ years in business development, account management, or sales roles.
  • Experience with social media, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
