Product Specialist

We are a Regional Multinational Company in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Has been well established in the market and plays a vital role in the pharmaceutical sector. A research based Pharmaceutical Company with Manufacturing Facilities and Research and Development Center.

Position Summary

The Product Specialist objective is responsible for achieving product and market segment sales targets for an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

To generate sales and initiate sales activities to achieve proposed sales target

Organizing appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals.

Demonstrating/presenting products to healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses and pharmacists to promote the products and negotiate the price.

Build relationship with healthcare professionals.

To maintain existing customers and develop new customers base and new markets.

Maintaining detailed records of customers and updates.

Attending/organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

Reviewing sales performance and preparing reports on a scheduler basis.

Preparing presentations, slides and materials as required.

Responsible to report all Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints received, to the LPVRP and/or Deputy LPVRP within 24 hours of awareness.

Responsible to report all Medical Information Enquiries received, to the Medical Affairs Advisor within 24 hours of awareness

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Science (preferred) or related studies

Preferably sales experience in pharmaceutical industry

An energetic and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently

A skilful negotiator with good business sense

A team player with good interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Possess own transport and willingness to travel
