An established industry player in express delivery is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to design and administer competitive compensation strategies. This role involves evaluating market trends, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Design and administer compensation strategies and structures, including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and equity programs.
Evaluate and benchmark compensation and benefits programs through market analysis and salary surveys.
Develop and manage benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, etc.) ensuring compliance with legal regulations and alignment with employee needs.
Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary reviews, performance-based increases, and bonus allocation.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and support strategic workforce planning.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive and compliant compensation and benefits offerings.
Oversee vendor relationships for benefits administration, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Develop internal policies, communication materials, and training related to total rewards programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA).
Generate detailed reports and analytics on compensation metrics, pay equity, and benefits utilization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s or certification such as CCP preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson data).
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner at all levels.
