Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager, Import

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence through your operational care center (OCC) team by providing leadership and direction, while continuously optimizing production costs.

You will achieve this by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the following key objectives:

  1. Ensuring operational excellence with high-quality shipments for import services.
  2. Supporting collaboration between customer care locations (CCL), sales, and system and process improvements to enhance customer experience and develop new and existing customer targets.
  3. Creating and proactively managing supplier relationships to meet service level agreements (SLA) and global partnership rules (GPR).
  4. Conducting regular conversations with direct reports to discuss and ensure progress on performance and development goals.
  5. Holding daily and weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify and resolve business issues.
  6. Contributing as a process owner to continuous process improvements focusing on cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  7. Ensuring compliance with financial and revenue care guidelines.
