To oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for clients, internal departments, and field staff;

To be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes;

To supervise and manage all sites’ work progress including site inspections, measurements, quality verification, specification compliance, drawing compliance, etc;

To verify progress reports and meeting minutes furnished by Project Engineers/Site Supervisors;

To implement measures to maintain work quality and improvement;

To enforce Safety & Health measures at all sites;

To manage project claims, variation orders, and keep projects within budgeted costs;

To lead and motivate the project team;

To work closely with managers of other departments to ensure collaboration and smooth information flow for proper project execution;

To coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/contractors for project execution;

To prepare monthly reports for the Management Committee;

To manage project team vehicles, assets, and equipment;

To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Experience/Skills Required:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent;

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience;

Preferably Senior Executives in Engineering or related fields;

Required skills: good communication skills in English (verbal and written), strong integrity, positive attitude, self-driven, team-oriented, and responsible;

Ability to work independently.
