Job description

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
  2. Assist Station Head in station's daily routine tasks:
    • Receive & Return shipment
    • Sorting
    • Van Inbound
    • Latlong Parcel
    • PETs Ticket creation
    • Route Monitoring
    • Route Inbound
    • Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
  3. Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
  4. Assist Station Head in ensuring all documents are properly kept and updated.
  5. Assist in maintaining the station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
  6. Adhere to Ninjavan Code of Conduct, Quality Policies, and Quality Objectives.
  7. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Others:
  1. Conform to the Quality Management System, OHS management system & GDPMD system requirements.
  2. Prioritize safety for oneself and others.
  3. Participate in QMS, OHS, & GDPMD programs such as training, campaigns, and inductions.
Requirements:
  1. Age between 18 and 45 years old.
  2. Possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. No formal experience required; experience demonstrating problem-solving skills is advantageous.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.
