The day-to-day activities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding the company, products, or services.
  • Directing customers to the appropriate department or team for specific assistance.
  • Understanding marketing campaigns and events to address related customer queries.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, explaining solutions, and following up.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Keeping records of customer complaints, comments, and transactions, including refunds.
  • Handling customer calls comfortably.
  • Interacting through various communication channels such as email, social media, and phone calls.
The must-haves:
  • A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues systematically.
  • Driven and challenge-seeking attitude: committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within the customer service team.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese/Malay is an advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with email and social media platforms.
  • Availability to work during weekends and nights (6 days a week).
  • This is a hybrid role, rotating between office and home work environments.
  • Experience required: 1-2 years, or fresh graduates seeking flexible work-from-home options.
