The company's main product is advanced conductive pastes. It is located in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia, with its headquarters in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Established in 2011, Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd. holds a total of 70 patents.

We are seeking a Finance Executive to oversee all financial and accounting activities within our company. The role involves managing month-end closing, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in closing accounts and managing finance operations such as payments processing. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily accounting operations and financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Oversee monthly closing processes, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue and expenses.
  3. Prepare forecasts and projections for revenue, costs, and cash flow on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  4. Assist in approving payments and verifying receipt of payments from customers.
  5. Record financial data and transactions, including journal entries like accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cost center entries, and generate reports.
  6. Review financial documents for accuracy and perform account reconciliations.
  7. Manage budgeting and financial planning, conducting analyses to compare actual results against budgets and previous periods.
  8. Provide financial guidance for new business initiatives, including structuring, tax considerations, financing, and investment analysis.
  9. Support system implementation and seek continuous improvements in financial systems.
  10. Coordinate with auditors for audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  11. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as needed.
  12. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Management.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Expertise in profit maximization and risk reduction.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Knowledge of compliance procedures amidst regulatory changes.
  6. Effective time management and negotiation skills.
