Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Inventory cum Procurement Associate. The candidate will support procurement operations and inventory management to ensure smooth supply chain activities, optimal stock levels, and cost-effective purchasing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with local suppliers for non-trade purchases.
  • Handle documentation of purchasing processes.
  • Verify material requisitions and specifications.
  • Source, compare and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
  • Assist with shipping documents, duties/taxes, and invoice matching.
  • Coordinate import clearance, delivery, and logistics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping and logistics.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses.
  • Ensure stock accuracy and reconcile with warehouse/accounts.
  • Handle reorder alerts and follow up on outstanding/back orders.
  • Liaise with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and resolve quality issues with QA and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports, maintain procurement records and support overall procurement administrative functions.


Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in WMS/AX is a plus point
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to Multitask, Active Learning, and Meet Deadlines in a fast-paced environment
