Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce conceptual interior design drawings for presentation to clients, providing showcasing design solutions with clarity and impact, along with working drawings and detailed drawings for construction.
2. Responsible for materials selection and color scheme coordination.
3. Establish the project’s timeline, monitor procurement of materials, and oversee project costing within budget.
4. Monitor overall progress of work carried out by subcontractors on site, ensuring all work adheres to the design, drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project schedule.
5. Conduct regular site checks and inspections, and hold site meetings with subcontractors and suppliers as necessary.
6. Clarify all technical matters with suppliers and subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Preferably with 3 years of experience in a similar role, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Lumion, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, or related software.
• Good knowledge of material selection.
• Target-oriented, result-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to develop strong design concepts and translate them into tangible solutions.
