Qualifications

Understand the company's product line, functions, and features.

Contact, coordinate, and gather the needs of departments. Analyze and propose suitable system development plans to department heads. Support business needs and transportation to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Report on the operation and progress of system development. Advise the department and supervisor on correct control system development to meet demands and deadlines.

Research and follow up on new technologies and knowledge in systems and related business areas. Apply them effectively to operations to bring maximum benefits to the company.

Clearly understand business issues and communicate to help solve organizational problems and achieve objectives. Turn business concepts into software solutions.

Work with business users to identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.

Support testing cycles, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Requirements:

Degree in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related fields.

1-2 years of related experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with the Beijing developer team.

Willing to work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Familiarity with UAT and API is a plus.

Basic Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
