Job description

This role will be responsible for handling sales support matters (including the sales commission process) and managing the master control for assigned projects by the superior.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the accuracy of sales/data entries in the ebooking system and tracking sales conversions within stipulated timeframes, verifying that bookings and sales comply with approved promotional schemes.
  2. Liaising with customers, solicitors, bankers, and authorities to achieve sales targets.
  3. Preparing weekly sales reports, sales performance reports, sales conversion reports, quarterly reports, and issuing Notices of Release to buyers in a timely manner.
  4. Monitoring budget provisions for promotional activities such as rebates, referral schemes, and free gifts.
  5. Processing agent commissions, sales commissions, marketing incentives, support pool incentives, Monthly Productivity Allowances, agent appointment letters, and Conversion Bonuses promptly.
  6. Monitoring Bumiputra ownership status and updating superiors and marketing personnel accordingly.
  7. Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing all project documentation, including SPA, DMC, consent letters, and entitlement letters.
  8. Liaising with end-financing bankers and valuers for project empanelment.
  9. Reviewing sales procedures and recommending workflow improvements when necessary.
  10. Reviewing ebooking system functionality in line with sales procedures and suggesting workflow enhancements; updating the internal sales team as needed.
  11. Practicing and adhering to departmental SOPs as outlined by the HOD and QA/QC Department.
  12. Monitoring aging and sales conversion rates by the sales team and agencies, and recommending actions to expedite sales.
  13. Responding to customer inquiries and providing support during sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  14. Staying updated on industry trends, management standards, and available technologies.
  15. Performing any other duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications required:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the property industry.
