About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The role involves optimizing the availability of tools, facilities, and personnel to meet project requirements and capitalize on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will deploy action plans to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and quality management, including staff development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer everyday operations for all sales activities.
  • Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts.
  • Determine all profit and sales objectives and design effective strategies to maintain inventory levels and manage all work according to branch policies and procedures.
  • Implement safety programs and provide training to employees to enhance operations and supervise efficient working of all employees.
  • Administer marketing requirements and provide optimal customer service, including training personnel at required locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, prepare sales paperwork within deadlines, and resolve billing inquiries.
  • Organize safety meetings, adhere to safety regulations, monitor vendor and customer communications, and maintain product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve personnel issues, update knowledge on company products and services.
  • Supervise staff, maintain workflow, achieve growth objectives, and develop project plans for business improvement.
  • Supervise product front line, monitor customer complaints, and manage branch operations and communication events.
  • Prepare and maintain service staff schedules, perform audits, and generate reports.
  • Maintain high service standards, ensure SOP compliance, and keep branch assets safe, clean, and hygienic.
  • Manage staff within the branch, monitor financial operations, and track finances.
  • Understand and comply with ISO standards and SOPs.
