What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation within the defined territory and target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets through the assigned territory.
  • Identify business and sales opportunities and promote Hilti’s product line based on the designed territory and trade segment.
  • Apply trade application knowledge to become a solution provider to customers through demo culture and user training.
  • Expand sales coverage by acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with existing clients to build loyalty.
  • Demonstrate products and services in person, face-to-face with customers.
  • Execute disciplined sales strategies with planning of activities (annual, monthly, weekly, daily) with clear objectives to ensure productive sales calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and provide ideal solutions.
  • Forecast sales and plan activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare quotations and monitor the progress of customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Introduce new products to the market and target customers.
  • Collaborate with departments such as logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service.
  • Attend to other tasks as required by the team leader.
