About us

Esente Advisory Sdn Bhd, a pioneer and industry veteran in advising Integrated Investor Relations in Malaysia, is seeking an exceptional Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing effective investor relations strategies to support the growth and success of our clients.

Your Role:

Project – Related Duties

• Develop Corporate Investor Engagement strategies
• Lead project implementation, including planning, coordinating, and executing clients' investor & public relations activities to promote a positive image
• Manage clients' timelines and deliverables to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with contract requirements, budgets, and schedules to achieve quality and timely deliverables
• Coordinate clients' print, broadcast, new media, and advertising campaigns when necessary
• Articulate the scope of the project, schedules, risks, and solutions to clients and team members
• Manage client relationships by providing forward planning, issue resolution, and expectation management
• Maintain project management documentation throughout all stages of the project lifecycle

Business Development

• Conduct business development activities leading to onboarding new clients
• Perform research prior to visiting prospective clients and creating proposals

Corporate Strategies

• Corporate Restructuring
• Mergers and Acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related areas
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and capital markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to distill complex financial information into clear messages
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and investor behavior
• Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and reporting
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful investor relations campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams
