A leading company in Malaysia seeks a creative individual to design marketing materials and user interfaces. The role involves collaborating with teams to develop innovative concepts, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing user experience through effective design practices. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a relevant diploma, and a portfolio showcasing their work.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team in conceptualizing and designing marketing and promotional materials for both internal and external clients – from logos to posters, brochures, printed and digital ads, flyers, product packaging, corporate identity kits, and video editing when necessary.
Actively contribute to the design process – from preparing unique concepts to the final artwork in a timely manner.
Design UI elements such as page layouts (including text size and colour), input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
Develop creative ideas, graphics, and content in the development of digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, aligning marketing goals in online and offline brand campaigns and social media platforms.
Demonstrate resourcefulness in obtaining and maintaining research materials, reference samples, image libraries, and artwork files.
Work closely with our traffic manager to liaise with vendors in producing and executing marketing and promotional collaterals within given deadlines.
Collaborate with other creative team members including graphic designers and developers, focusing on aesthetics, web usability, site architecture, and functionality.
Identify and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as directed.
Possess at least a Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Computer Science / Computer Graphics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Starting from RM3,000 to RM7,000.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Understanding of web production best practices.
Understanding of and desire to hone expertise in UX and UI Design.
Possess a good portfolio that demonstrates your illustrations or other graphics.
