Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Executive to join our growing team in the food manufacturing industry. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality system management.

Key Responsibilities

Certification & Regulatory Applications:

Handle new/renewal applications for:

Halal

HACCP, GMP, MESTI

MyKKP, FOSIM & Health Certificates (Local & Export)

Maintain and verify BMR yield data

Check packing details and labels (per Food Act & Regulations 1983)

Prepare COA, MSDS, Product Specs, Ingredient List & Flow Charts

Update HACCP documentation, Validation Study, Org Chart, Layout Plan

Quality Control & Audits:

Assist internal audits, mock recalls, and food safety minute meetings

Verified maintenance preventive records

Training & Induction:

Conduct monthly internal training & induction for new workers

Arrange food handling courses & typhoid injections

Prepare training plans and update training files

Operational & Support Tasks:

Handle QA-related complaints (supplier/customer)

Order hygiene-related items and monitor usage

Assist with pest control visits and visitor production tours

Weekly & Yearly Reporting:

QMS team task management (planning & reporting)

Internal audits, management reviews & yearly licensing renewals

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, or related discipline

1-3 years QA/QC experience in food manufacturing

Strong knowledge in HACCP, GMP, Halal, and food safety regulations

Detail-oriented, good in documentation, and multitasking

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive
