Job Summary

The primary objective of this position is to support all participants in the daily administration of a designated group of Single names and their related credit facilities, including loan trading settlement, interest schedules, and fees.

The effectiveness with which duties are performed significantly impacts the department's credibility both within and outside the Bank. The incumbent must understand the administrative aspects of each deal to resolve requests for interpretation and action efficiently.

Job Description

As a Loan Trading Analyst within RBC Capital Markets - BCS, you will handle liability functions, set up new facilities, maintain existing ones with daily loan trading activities, and collect interest and fees for a specific group of industry-based borrowers.

Working Hours: 9AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up facility, loan, and fee records in the Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS).
2. Process transactions in ACBS based on requests such as advances, rollovers, conversions, or repayments.
3. Handle loan trading transactions in ACBS upon receiving trade settlement details from the Settlement team.
4. Process interest and fee transactions in ACBS as per the Credit Agreement.
5. Verify all ACBS two-touch transactions.
6. Input and verify information in payment systems like BESS.
7. Ensure timely clearing of payments on Chase accounts and resolve issues independently.
8. Act as a backup for other Administrators.
