About the job Project Admin (Female Chinese)

• Project Admin (report to CFO)

Candidate must be good in communication and customer service, able to liaise with various parties.

Presentable, prefer below 30 years old.

Location: VSQ PJ

Interview date: Immediate

Working hours: 5 days a week

Responsibilities

1. Assist company in reaching goals and objectives related to project procurement, project sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
2. Build and manage long term relationships and partnerships with key target clients.
3. Follow up on project leads identified.
4. Be main point of contact between developers, company and agents.
5. Plan project training programs accordingly.
6. Conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents.
7. Demonstrate and apply complete understanding of all aspects of property business.
8. Identify profitable marketplace opportunities.
9. Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.
10. Be a team player.

Requirements
