A leading company in the food industry is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance routines and manage a small team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and experience in F&B/FMCG manufacturing. Responsibilities include improving manufacturing setups and training personnel on equipment handling.
Setup and maintain a systematic preventive maintenance routine for all manufacturing equipment and assembly lines.
Manage and guide a small team of maintenance technicians to achieve minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Provide coaching and training to manufacturing personnel on critical handling of machines.
Improve existing manufacturing setup and build new manufacturing capabilities through strategic upgrading and procuring equipment.
3 to 5 years of technical experience in F&B/FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment handling, automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or any relevant qualifications.
Prior experience in leading a project related to manufacturing equipment procurement and commissioning.
Prior experience in working in the Sauces/Condiments field.
