Job Opportunity: Data Center Logistics Assistant

We are looking for candidates to join our team with fewer than 15 applicants, offering a good chance of selection!

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and strong learning skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
3. Educational qualification: Associate Degree or higher.
4. Malaysian nationality is required.
5. This role requires on-site work at the K2 Data Center office in Johor.

Salary Range:

• Tier 1: RM 2,300
• Tier 2: RM 3,000
• Tier 3: RM 3,900

Role Overview:

The Data Center Logistics team will work in the warehouse/distribution center within IDC, managing computer assets and peripherals. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving, processing, unpacking goods, signing for packages, preparing computer kits for distribution, updating inventory records, counting boxes, and reporting on defective goods.
• Using and maintaining manual and electronic documentation, such as shipping accounts, barcodes, inventory logs, and delivery records.
• Using asset management tools like barcode scanners for inventory management.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring attention to detail, and completing tasks efficiently.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the Asset Management Team, maintaining accurate logs of all shipments and movements.
• Receiving goods at the data center.
