Randstad is partnering up with a leading corporate advisory firm in Malaysia, with an extensive Japanese client list. They are expanding and looking for payroll and admin executive to join their expanding team.

about the jobThe Outsource Payroll & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing payroll processing and providing administrative support for external clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of payroll and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:

Process client payroll accurately and on time.Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.Handle employee payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.Provide general administrative support to clients, including data entry and document preparation.Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and labor regulations.Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries related to payroll and administration.

Requirements:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in payroll and administration is preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
