About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency, and our Founder is actively building his personal brand IP across TikTok, Reels, and Xiaohongshu.

We’re hiring a Content Creator & PA to:

• Follow the Founder and document his daily moments, business activities & travel

• Support client shoots and brand storytelling sessions

• Create high-quality, engaging short-form video content

This is a hands-on, mobile role — ideal for someone who’s creative, flexible, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Position Title: Content Creator & PA

Subtitle: Follow our agency boss to create viral content & support client shoots

Location: Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time (Johor, Masai)

Industry: Digital Marketing / Personal Branding / Content Creation

Responsibilities:

• Personal Brand Content (Primary)

  • Follow the Founder and film daily life, meetings, vlogs, behind-the-scenes
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) with strong storytelling hooks
  • Plan content ideas and align with social media trends

• Client Project Content (Regular Support)

  • Assist during client filming sessions, interviews, and campaign shoots
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, customer stories, and brand content
  • Coordinate shoot logistics with the internal team

• On-Site Creative Support

  • Set up and manage filming gear (camera, audio, lighting)
  • Be present and prepared to assist on shooting days — including weekends if needed
  • Travel-ready for both local and overseas shoots (travel is a must)

Requirements:

• Proficient in video shooting & editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

• Strong sense of content trends on TikTok / IG Reels / Xiaohongshu

• Able to travel (local & overseas) — travel flexibility is a must

• Weekend standby availability required (only if there are planned shoots)

• Fluent in English & Mandarin

• Bonus: Past experience in content creation, influencer work, or digital marketing
