Job description

The Solution Consultant will specialise in NetDocument’s PatternBuilder solution. The role involves building PatternBuilder applications for potential clients, developing use cases, demonstrating the solution’s abilities, and delivering training where required. The Solution Consultant will work closely with potential clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

The role will support our global sales team across the Verlata regions of Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Day to Day Responsibilities
  1. PatternBuilder Application Development
  2. Design and build PatternBuilder apps based on client specifications.
  3. Create efficient and user-friendly applications.
  4. Test and troubleshoot apps to ensure functionality and reliability.
  5. Understand data tables and their use in automating documents across client platforms.
  6. Understand the Actionstep-NetDocuments data table sync.
  7. Work with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues.
  8. PatternBuilder Subject Matter Expertise
  9. Develop deep knowledge of NetDocuments PatternBuilder solution.
  10. Collaborate with NetDocuments to stay updated on advancements and trends.
  11. Provide internal training and share best practices on PatternBuilder applications.
  12. Solution Design & Development
  13. Work with NetDocuments, clients, and internal teams to develop use cases that improve productivity.
  14. Integrate PatternBuilder into client workflows in collaboration with sales, account management, and innovation teams.
  15. Create and maintain demonstration environments showcasing PatternBuilder applications.
  16. Client Engagement & Demonstrations
  17. Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for clients.
  18. Translate technical concepts into business benefits for law firms and corporate clients.
  19. Engage with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions.
  20. Sales & Business Development Support
  21. Assist in responding to client inquiries about PatternBuilder.
  22. Support account managers in identifying upselling opportunities.
  23. Train internal teams on PatternBuilder features and capabilities.
  24. General Responsibilities
  25. Identify key use cases and solutions that add value.
  26. Contribute to marketing efforts like webinars and whitepapers.
  27. Update clients and stakeholders on PatternBuilder developments.
  28. Team Player
  29. Collaborate with the Innovation team to foster a high-performance culture.
  30. Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  31. Requirements / Qualifications

  34. Excellent communication skills for explaining workflows to non-technical audiences.
  35. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
  36. Experience with document automation tools like Contract Express, HotDocs, Knackly, Doassemble.
  37. Experience in legal or professional services environments.
  38. Knowledge of RPA and workflow automation solutions.
  39. Accurate data management in CRM (Monday.com) and DMS (NetDocuments).
  40. Adherence to process for demonstrations and implementations.
  41. Commitment to ongoing learning and certifications.
  42. Deliver tasks within deadlines and respond promptly to clients and teams.
