This role involves managing the HR department, developing comprehensive training plans, and ensuring staff adherence to company regulations. 1. To effectively manage the Human Resource Department and develop a comprehensive Human Resource Plan aligned with organizational goals and employee development.
2. To identify and prioritize training needs based on input from Heads of Departments (HODs).
3. To develop a Human Resource Plan with appropriate activities to address training needs.
4. To coordinate with internal training resources and external consultants in designing HR activities to implement the plan.
5. To evaluate all HR activities for cost-effectiveness in terms of effort, time, and financial investment.
6. To provide medical support to employees injured on the factory premises.
7. To handle human conflicts according to established procedures, ensuring solutions acceptable to both employees and management.
8. To ensure staff adherence to company rules and regulations.
9. To conduct orientation programs for new employees, briefing them on company rules as per the employee handbook.
10. To source and conduct interviews for new staff recruitment.
11. To maintain updated records of employees, including personal files, leave applications, and salaries.
12. To maintain staff competency by preparing annual training plans and arranging necessary training sessions.
13. To source training providers and organize training based on the annual plan and identified needs.
14. To ensure security personnel perform their duties properly and visitors adhere to regulations.
15. To manage functions, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
16. To oversee the operations of the Admin/HR department, purchasing, and shipping departments.
17. To liaise with government departments regarding investments, tax exemptions, duties, registrations, and applications.
18. To arrange travel and accommodation for staff's domestic and international trips.
19. To respond to incidents such as accidents, emergencies, floods, or other unforeseen circumstances.
