Job description

Assistant for MD, appointment and meeting arrangement.

Meeting minutes taken and disseminating correspondence to related persons.

Responsible for overall quality system in office administration.

Responsible for answering phone calls and directing messages promptly to the concerned personnel.

Responsible for general office administration arrangements.

Perform other duties as assigned/needed.

Maintain good public relations.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a Degree in Business Administration, etc.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speakers.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Juru.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to start immediately.
