An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to manage CPD and HRD Corp-approved trainings. This role involves organizing events, securing sponsorships, and ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements. 1. Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize CPD and HRD Corp-approved trainings for internal staff and external professionals.
- Manage venue setup, event flow, logistics, vendors, catering, emcees, AV systems, and post-event tasks.
2. Sales & Sponsorship:
- Secure participants from private clinics, TPAs, corporates, and the public.
- Identify and secure sponsors for booths, talks, and branded materials.
- Ensure each event is financially viable with positive ROI.
3. HRD Corp & CPD Compliance:
- Handle registration, claims, and tracking for HRD Corp-funded events.
- Apply for and manage CPD point accreditation for each eligible training.
4. Marketing & Recruitment:
- Collaborate with marketing for posters, WhatsApp blasts, reels, and registration pages.
- Maintain and update participant database, follow-up list, and loyalty group chats.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, trainers, corporate HR partners, and internal units.
- Maintain training calendar and ensure timelines, documentation, and reports are met.
