Clinic Assistant / Admin | Mandarin Speaking | RM 3000 - RM 4000

About the job:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant / Admin who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinic operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude;
  2. Manage patient appointments and schedules;
  3. Maintain patient database and medical records;
  4. Collect patient information and process registrations;
  5. Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, prices, and availability;
  6. Answer and redirect phone calls;
  7. Maintain a clean and organized clinic reception area and fulfill clinic requirements;
  8. Ensure effective communication with doctors, nurses, and staff for smooth clinic operations;
  9. Handle payment collections (cash, credit card terminal) and bank deposits if needed;
  10. Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members;
  11. Participate in marketing and branding activities organized by management;
  12. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred;
  2. Experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a medical setting;
  3. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly;
  4. Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds;
  5. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills;
  6. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus;
  7. Fluent in Mandarin
