Job description

· Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

· Manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

· Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

· Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards.

· Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage.

· Keep track of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.

· Implement and maintain an effective stock control system.

· Coordinate logistics to ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner.

· Work with other departments to ensure that customer orders are prioritized and fulfilled.

· Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations.

· Conduct safety audits and implement procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.

· Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.

· Manage warehouse budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

· Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
