Source and obtain quotations for spare parts, projects, chemicals, and other purchases.

Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure timely procurement.

Ensure quotations are received within the required time frame and negotiate for the best price.

Interact with suppliers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Collaborate with internal and external parties to assess supply capabilities.

Monitor and update monthly KPIs and prepare corresponding reports.

Prepare procurement analyses and statistical reports.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases in the SAP system.

Monitor supplier performance and lead supplier evaluations.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.

Hands-on experience with SAP software and computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
