Job description

Marketing and Business Development Manager

Understand, develop, and execute ideas for the benefit of Leisure Farm Corporation Sdn. Bhd., the developer of Leisure Farm Resort.

Lead marketing strategies, develop plans and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.

Represent the company in business development, new initiatives, and collaborations.

Manage public relations, corporate, and community communications.

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Work closely with creative agencies, media, and influencers to develop advertising and promotional (A&P) marketing collateral. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Occasionally collaborate with interior designers.

Sourcing, recommending, and liaising with partnerships and distribution channels to drive organizational growth.

Support the sales & marketing team in organizing and executing marketing activities and events, including planning, coordination, and on-site support.

Assist in content creation for various marketing channels and duties on-site during weekends (rotational basis), events, exhibitions, and launches.

Requirements:

  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Keen interest in luxury real estate, interior design, architecture; interest in other industries encouraged.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
