Accounting Specialist

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing daily account operations, including accounts payable and receivables. Additionally, you will assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate data entry, bank reconciliation, and reliable financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principle and a keen eye for details are essential.

Requirements :
• A minimum of diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or professional qualifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrate accuracy and precision in handling financial data and performing calculations. A meticulous approach in reviewing documents, reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies is crucial.
• Effective record-keeping and documentation skills are essential.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to positive work culture.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing accounting regulations, software updates and industry trends.
