Job description

Warehouse Supervisor (Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

Supervise and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training, and oversee daily operations.

Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare reports to support planning and workflow improvements.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.

Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation.

Handle emergencies and perform daily 6S inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in line with company procedures.

Manage inventory control, plan budgets, and conduct regular inventory checks.

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.

Willingness to travel to China for training (3-6 months) if needed.

Work schedule: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).

Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
