BUSINESS ANALYST (Marketing System) - MANDARIN SPEAKER

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Project Enhancement Specialist/Business Analyst to connect Marketing and IT teams, ensuring effective system enhancements for CRM, loyalty programs, and automation platforms. This role is vital for optimizing marketing technology and streamlining campaign execution.

1. Collaborate with Business Analysts & IT to convert marketing objectives into system requirements.
2. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-deployment support for new features.
3. Enhance marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalization workflows.

Requirements:

1. 3–5 years of experience in marketing technology, CRM enhancements, or MarTech projects.
2. Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Smartico).
3. Experience with API integrations, data tracking, and campaign execution flows.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
6. Ability to work independently, with strong commitment, trustworthiness, and good teamwork, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, capable of meeting deadlines and performing under pressure.
8. Willing and able to travel (local/overseas) as required.
9. Candidates MUST be based in KL/Selangor area only.
