Pre-sales Support

  1. Engage with potential clients.
  2. Understand their technical requirements and challenges.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to create demonstrations and presentations that showcase how our solutions address client needs.
  4. Conduct technical deep dives and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
  5. Provide technical documentation, including specifications and solution architecture diagrams, to assist clients in the evaluation process.

Post-sales Support

  1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to implementation.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their implementation goals and develop customized deployment plans.
  3. Provide guidance and assistance during the implementation phase, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  4. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively use our solutions.
  5. Proactively identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered by clients, either independently or by coordinating with internal engineering and support teams.

Solution Optimization

  1. Continuously gather feedback from clients regarding solution performance, usability, and future requests.
  2. Analyze client usage data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize and advocate for client-driven enhancements and new features.

Requirements

  1. Over 5-10 years of working experience in the aforementioned field.
  2. Bachelor's or Master of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field) with 60% throughout in all academics.
  3. Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or post-sales role, preferably within the software industry.
  4. Hands-on experience in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
  5. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation projects.
  8. Experience with solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, MOM, APM, EAM, EMS, etc.
  9. Experience in enterprise solution implementation and well-received project management skills towards operational excellence.
  10. Working competency with basic programming (Python, SQL, PLC, etc.); detailed familiarity is a plus.
  11. Working competency with Agile methodology; detailed familiarity is a plus.
  12. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive tasks to completion.
  13. Great sense of ownership.
  14. Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement activities.
  15. Having a passion for digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
  16. Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language will be considered a credit, enhancing communication and collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
