Supplier Audit and Compliance Management
Conduct qualification audits for logistics suppliers (e.g., carriers, warehousing service providers) and establish performance evaluation mechanisms such as KPIs and service level agreements.
Logistics Supplier Qualification and Evaluation
Review supplier qualifications to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and industry standards (e.g., MMOG/LE certification), managing associated risks.
Customer Audit Coordination
Lead customer audits (e.g., OEMs or third-party auditors) of the logistics system, providing necessary documentation and data support.
Audit Findings and Corrective Actions
Develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings to ensure timely and complete resolution.
Process Optimization and Risk Control
Identify potential risks in logistics operations (e.g., delivery delays, cargo damage), develop contingency plans, and organize drills.
Logistics Process Improvement
Promote and participate in standardization, systematization, and digital optimization of logistics processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Logistics Planning
Plan logistics capacity based on forecasts, including manpower and line-side logistics capabilities.
