A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This position is based in Germany and is remote, with travel expected to be 80-100%, offering experience across Germany and Western Europe and opportunities to build an international network.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning programmes with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers
  • Providing technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
  • Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
  • Reporting account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
  • Completing administrative duties, including activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital operating room, is highly valued.
